IFALDA / EUFALDA Annual General Meeting Hosted by POLALDA

Dear Operational Control Professionals:

Please consider this a cordial invitation to the World Airline Dispatch Conference to be held in Warsaw Poland, May 9-12, 2005. The Conference will be located at the Novotel Warszawa Airport.  The hotel facilities are conveniently located near the airport, the city center and various tourist destinations.

The base schedule is as follows:

 The pricing details have now been confirmed and quoted in Euros. Included in this package are 3 nights at the hotel, 2 lunches, a gala dinner, coffee/tea breaks on meeting days and a welcome reception on the 9^th.

Special rates for Polish local attendees can be arranged and will be coordinated through POLALDA. Additionally, the hotel will be able to accommodate special meal requests for dietary or religious reasons.

Tours for delegates and guests are being worked on by POLALDA at this time. We hope to have the options and additional costs available for selection within 45 days of the event for those interested. 

Registration will be available at www.ifalda.org by the first week of March of 2005.  For payment other than MasterCard or Visa, please contact us for further instructions. April 11, 2005 will be the registration deadline and a €25 charge will be added after that date.  Detailed location information and agenda will be forwarded to those who register and will be made available at the IFALDA web site.
