IFALDA by-laws require an Annual General Meeting (AGM) in order to conduct business.  In addition, the IFALDA board  meets at least three more times each year.  Historically,  IFALDA  has conducted quarterly business meetings in the Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring with the Spring meeting  coinciding with the AGM.  This page will link you to the minutes of the AGM's, Board Meetings, and the Trip Reports from meetings where  membership interests have been represented to government and industry.
