Any reservations made after April 7th, the special rate is subject to availability.
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to check-in.
Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm
Check-in between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm will pay half fare for 6 hours.
Reservations must be made directly with the hotel using their reservation form.

All AGM Registrations Fees and Tour Fees are Payable in Cash US Dollars during the AGM Registration prior to the Welcome Reception

IFALDA and EUFALDA Membership Dues will be accepted during the AGM Registration
Member Association Dues must be current and in good standing prior to the AGM in order to Vote!
